Notice of Public Hearing
In accordance with the LINCOLN COUNTY ZONING ORDINANCE 2017-22-8, CHAPTER 11.1-11.4, notice is hereby given that the LINCOLN COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS ACTING IN THEIR CAPACITY AS PLANNING AND ZONING will hold a Public Hearing at the Lincoln County Courthouse, 111 W. B Street, Shoshone, ID. Annex Trailer Commissioners Room. The location may be changed to the 2nd-floor courtroom depending on attendance.

REZONE APPLICATION
Tracy and Connie Sorensen, representing 4 Hans-Sorensen Farms LLC, 1509 N. 470 E. Shoshone, Idaho 83352, are requesting to rezone their 40-acre lot zoned A-40, RP03S18E097200A, NESE 9-3-18, to Commercial according to Lincoln County Zoning Ordinance 4.1.1(a).
