Notice of Public Hearing

A public hearing will be held once a month. 

In accordance with the LINCOLN COUNTY ZONING ORDINANCE 2017-22-8, CHAPTER 11.1-11.4, notice is hereby given that the LINCOLN COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS ACTING IN THEIR CAPACITY AS PLANNING AND ZONING will hold a Public Hearing at the Lincoln County Courthouse, 111 W. B Street, Shoshone, ID. Annex Trailer Commissioners Room.  Location may be changed to the 2nd floor courtroom depending on attendance.

Approve the minutes from the October 18 & November 15, 2021 Public Hearing / Work Session

 

REZONE APPLICATION

Shelly & John Larson, 678 E. Hwy 26 Shoshone, ID 83352 are requesting to rezone their 35.3-acre lot zoned A-40, located off Hwy 26, RP05S18E243000, Tax 1 Instrument #203191 & Tax 2 Instrument #203192, to A-5 according to Zoning Ordinance 4.1.4 (a).
